Horrible customer service
I recently started working in the DMV area, a co-worker of mine suggested this apartment complex because of location, price and amenities offered. I opted for them because they have fireplaces in the upstairs units. I drove about 40 mins in traffic to go and check them out only to find out they did not have a model unit to view, the leasing agent gave me the prices and kept urging me to make a decision on the spot without even first viewing them. I told her I would come back when one was... available to view because I was not comfortable paying for something I cant physically see beforehand. I made a follow up appointment to return in a week or so to view a unit that was scheduled to be vacant at that time and make a final decision then. I returned yesterday to view the unit as planned only to be told that there wasnt one available, when I questioned why she made the appointment and assured me one would be and it wasnt? She never put my info into the system to see that she made the appointment but after i mentioned it she goes on to say "oh yes, thats right, you were the special one" like that was supposed to mean something. She then mentioned something about not having the keys and goes on to call someone and inquire about them, while on the phone she walks into a back room and close the door while Im sitting there waiting. After the phone call she walks out and mentions she wished she would have called before I drove over and that i would not be able to view the apartment becausr there was "stuff" in it. I was completely flabbergasted and disgusted, I walked out without another word because if I had it would not have been anything nice. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone just off of the lack of professionalism displayed both times I visited. If they are like this towards a future resident, I can only imagine how the are to those currently there. Also note the deposit is non-refundable after 24hrs.

I am sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. Unfortunately we didn't have a 2 bedroom apartment home to show at the time of your visit. The leasing agent with whom you met, went in the back to check with maintenance on the... status of an apartment that had recently been vacated. Unfortunately because there were still belongings in the apartment she was unable to show it to you.
We never want anyone to go out of their way or waste their valuable time. Please contact me with more information as we want to better understand where we failed in our communication.
