It will do.
Pros: Management will try and work out issues immediately. Decent size apartments. Gym has a good selection of equipment. I-95/EzPass Shopping nearby. No Pest or Rodent. Remote (mobile) access may have been my favorite feature.
Cons: Thin walls, I could hear my neighbors using the bathroom, casually talking if you’re near the wall (where bed and couch located), hear their dogs barking, and when water is being used the pipes makes a weird noise. Low water pressure in bathroom. I think it’s weird... that I was charged carpet cleaning fees when I left it SPOTLESS! I just feel like that should have been a Signal Hill cost of business when flipping the apartment for the next tenant not the departing tenant. Just comb through your lease at the end of the day I guess.
Out of management control: fairly clean common areas, the cleaners sometimes wouldn’t actually sweep they would just mop. Minor trash here and there, like someone will occasionally leave trash (empty cup or large spills) in the elevator. Fire department near by so you will hear emergency vehicles daily. *Some* Dog owners would leave their dog on the balcony barking for a period of time and let them poop near the entry ways and not pick up after.
Overall: Decent community. Good Neighbors. Low Price fits the apartment size. But lease renewal offer was not worth that amount.
