The Villas at Coventry Apartments

Having lived here for over a year now, my husband and I can say without a doubt that this is the best apartment living experience we've ever had! The Groundskeeper and Management Team are incredible and quick to address concerns, the location is quiet, and having elevators makes navigating and moving a breeze! We've loved every moment here!

The apartments are fully carpeted, you have the option to rent a washer and dryer or bring your own, HVAC system keeps up with Virginia summers, and they... keep the grounds really well kept. We have lived here for 5 plus years. Julie and her staff are great. Tony in Maintenance addresses issues right away and fixes them. They both care about the property and the tenants. The 3 bdrm. apt is like a mini home. Living here is extremely worth it and highly recommended.

Lived here two years. Quiet neighborhood. Safe. Quick drive to work. Large apartment feels like a house. Would live here again.

The apartments are huge and love the fans in every bedroom! The property is clean and definitely seems safe, no worries about packages outside my door. When taking my dog on a walk to the dog park located on the property we always stop to see Julie in the office, she is so friendly. Work orders are done in a timely fashion and the maintenance men are always polite. Couldn’t say enough about this place, it was worth the wait for the apartment!

This is a great place to call home if you have kids and pets. The apartments are well taken care of, the staff is outstanding, and the property is safe and clean! From the dog park to the grills you will always find someone say hello! The only drawback is the traffic from the school across the street during pick up and drop off. Great place to raise a family!
