Since the takeover from prometheus, the management has been very proactive and making upgrades where necessary. They’re also very receptive to issues and fix them in decent timeframes as well. Overall i think it’s a good place to live.

Its been a great experience living here at the The Lakes Apartments. Super friendly staff, with tons of great amenities like included shedded parking, no additional charges for recreation room, movie theatre or conference room. The staff also hosts multiple community events to help us engage and interact with the neighbors.

I am resident of The Lakes Apartments for 2 Years now and have never faced any difficulty or problems ever. Service is always on time, management is super helpful with everything. Overall one of the best community to live in the area.
