Lived here over 3 years

Somewhat pleased with this apartment complex, very convenient location, right off of the highway, walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, school. Very well lit complex at night, clean all around. Parking is frustrating especially at certain times of the day. My favorite part about my unit was the wood fire place and the vaulted ceiling in the living room. The cabana is very nice, has a decent little gym which was enough for me.

Not 5-stars, but better then 3-stars

First of all, I would like to note that the apartments are being maintained. Some improvements are constantly being made. For 5.5 years that I have been living in this apartment, the cottage has changed, balconies have been updated, a playground has been built (+++), the furniture by the pool has been updated, the asphalt has been renewed. All repairs are done quite quickly, especially if you remind about the repair request.
In the event of a breakdown of equipment such as a refrigerator,...
everything is changed within a couple of days. I want to say that the management is attentive to the tenants and does not leave them unattended.
Sometimes there are activities for residents.
Sometimes it was unsafe, they broke my car window. However, there is a security service. In short, as elsewhere, there are pros and cons. The management is doing everything possible to have as many advantages as possible.

Lived here for 1 year

dogs always barking disturbing the peace, trash being left out by front doors, bad parking situation and vehicle vandalism are the worst things I experienced in this community, otherwise was not too bad of a place to live. I did not enjoy the construction that left stair ways not usable for months on end. wood burning fire place was my favorite feature of crosspointe.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback. It is unfortunate to learn your experience with us was less than stellar. We would like to touch on a few points that you have discussed in your feedback.

We absolutely do not condone trash...
being left out by front doors or vehicle vandalism. That behavior violates our rules and regulations and those in violation are subject to a lease termination. This behavior should always be reported and we regret to hear that you witnessed this during your time with us.

Parking has been an issue in the past however, to help solve this issue our property management team has issued parking passes and hired security to help in towing unauthorized vehicles.

The stairways being unavailable was due to our catwalks being rebuilt. This process can take a few weeks depending on the condition of the catwalks. We apologize for the inconvenience this project is nearing completion.

We thank you for your time and business with us at Crosspointe Apartments. If you are ever in need of anything, please do not hesitate to reach out by calling our onsite office at 253-661-9294. Have a great day.

Great place!

This apartment complex is well kept at all times. I have been living here for over a year and the management keep improving the safety and appearance of the buildings inside and outside. One other aspect of this place I love is the tranquility and safety at night.
The fitness center have new equipment and the cabana is beautiful and very pleasant to hang out or host a party!
Conveniently close to Costco, Walmart and WinCo, Starbucks...
I don't think I'm moving out anytime soon!l
