Management, Employees, and the living space
First off, when signing a lease the agent will be very accommodating and let you know that if you ever need help with anything to go to them, or anyone in the office and they can help you resolve your problems. After going in asking for help or questions 4-5 times over a few months, that was a big ol lie. They will just pass you off to the next person until you're issues still are not resolved and you're left with the manager forwarding your email to corporate with no timeline on when you will... hear back, even when it has to do with unsafe living environments! It will take months to get things fixed like the dishwasher or replacing windows that was promised would be done before moving in took multiple months, and no one in the office will take any sort of responsibility. If you find yourself in the office talking to someone who gives you their managers card and tells you to email everything you just told to someone that apparently works there, make sure you ask ONE question per email, or else the easiest thing to answer will be addressed, and you will just have to ask over and over again. On top of all of this, there are apparently quite a few issues with plumbing, the counter tops are not flat, and everything is made very cheaply, and you wouldn't know during a tour. Beware, you have been warned!
