BEWARE

My husband and I lived here almost two years ago. We had multiple issues with dogs running around with no leashes and other issues. The manager at the times solution was we could move out before our lease was up(we had a few months left) and they would waive any charges associated with leaving your lease early . We took that offer and left . My husband left our forwarding address we never got our deposit back even though the place was spotless. We were over dealing with them and just let it go.... Now almost two years Lester we are getting ready to move into a different place and badger caynon reported to the credit bureau that we owe them money. We have been trying for days to fix this as fast as possible before our new place is given to someone else . The collection department for the apartments is not providing us with any help and the manager at the apartment Cam is telling us sorry we can’t help you only the collections department can . Now I’ve tried to email the collections department to ask them what’s the hold up with this and they won’t respond back. So now we are about to lose the place we were ready to move into. I would definitely say rent from anyplace but these places !

I apologize that we were unable to get the statement to you promptly,... but have documented that we emailed all leaseholders a request for a forwarding address on 4/11/22 and again on 5/17/22. We were happy to resolve the situation once we were able to make contact with you and receive payment, we have spoke to the collection company and sent them (and you) everything requested. Application Process Beware, Hope you take you ssi card everywhere

I was asked to fill out an application and a credit report... paid my fee, both of which I passed, NP! It's been 30 years since I've rented anything. After all was said and done, I was asked for my social security card, seeing as that was never discussed (I'm also getting a divorce so I'm changing my last name with social security.. don't have the new card yet)!

My biggest gripe is, Don't you think that they would ask for the ssi card first? I wouldn't have waisted my money on the credit...
check, nor put a ding on my credit report. That drops it by 20 points usually for anything like this.

Thin walls, rude management

For being such new apartments the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear music, pets and footsteps at all hours. But the condescending and just plain rude management team are the cherry on top of this property.

Great Quiet Apartments

I moved into Badger Canyon apartments in April of this year, needing a six month lease while I got settled in the tri-cities. The apartments have been great and if I hadn't purchased a house I would stay for longer. The apartments are so quiet, I never hear noise from the neighbors or have had any noise issues whatsoever. I put in two maintenance requests during my lease: one to fix a pantry door that came unhinged and another for a washing machine issue. Both were fixed the next day with a... detailed note explaining what they did. Everyone at the apartment complex I've worked with has been great and super responsive when I've needed anything. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean apartment in Kennewick.
