BEWARE
My husband and I lived here almost two years ago. We had multiple issues with dogs running around with no leashes and other issues. The manager at the times solution was we could move out before our lease was up(we had a few months left) and they would waive any charges associated with leaving your lease early . We took that offer and left . My husband left our forwarding address we never got our deposit back even though the place was spotless. We were over dealing with them and just let it go.... Now almost two years Lester we are getting ready to move into a different place and badger caynon reported to the credit bureau that we owe them money. We have been trying for days to fix this as fast as possible before our new place is given to someone else . The collection department for the apartments is not providing us with any help and the manager at the apartment Cam is telling us sorry we can’t help you only the collections department can . Now I’ve tried to email the collections department to ask them what’s the hold up with this and they won’t respond back. So now we are about to lose the place we were ready to move into. I would definitely say rent from anyplace but these places !

Desirae, I’ve looked into your account and see that we emailed everything you requested via email, per your request. I will send a follow up email to you directly to confirm. I apologize that we were unable to get the statement to you promptly,... but have documented that we emailed all leaseholders a request for a forwarding address on 4/11/22 and again on 5/17/22. We were happy to resolve the situation once we were able to make contact with you and receive payment, we have spoke to the collection company and sent them (and you) everything requested.
