Where do I begin?

Sprinklers hitting your cars and walkways. Leaking and breaking parts almost every other week that don’t get fixed till the following month. The lights in the bathroom for example all went out just 3 months in and they wouldn’t replace them. The halls at night time are clouded with cigarette smoke. My wife’s car got keyed twice at night. Only nice thing is location. Moving soon.
