Rapidly Going Downhill
When I first moved in, several years ago, this seemed like a decent place to live. It's close to the freeway, it's back off of main roads so there's not much traffic noise, and the staff was very friendly and aimed to please. I thought the biggest problem would be the appliances from 1990.
Fast forward to present:
*There is a HUGE humidity problem, and mildew and mold grow in the bathrooms as well as around all the windows;
*They've been re-roofing and repainting the buildings, as well as... re-surfacing the parking lot since JUNE 1ST and they're STILL not done;
*Rent has gone up from $945 a month to $1065 a month just over a few years, and I am expecting a huge increase because of the work done to the exteriors of the buildings;
*There is not enough parking,and they allow non-functioning vehicles to remain parked indefinitely, such as a car with 4 flat tires and tabs that expired in 2003
*Maintenance seems to pick and choose which repairs/requests they complete;
*Management will not do anything about noisy neighbors, and told me to take care of it;
*Management will not de-ice slippery sidewalks, and told me to de-ice if I want it done;
Bottom line, it's not the worst place ever, but if management doesn't improve it soon will be.
