Luxury of square footage doesn't make up for everything else.
Advertised as luxury apartments. They do have a lot of square footage, but that is where the luxury ends. The carpet is cheap, with almost no padding. Paint is chipped on everything from counter edges to closet doors.
The granite countertops and shower are not sealed well in the bathroom. The water pressure, or lack thereof, is atrocious. Not what one would expect from luxury or newly renovated apartments as they advertise these. The kitchen is small which would be fine but the lower cupboards... are mostly unusable due to the layout.
The tiny washer/dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator are low end (not even ice cube trays included in freezer), not what I would expect in a "luxury" apartment. When renovating, a full size washer and dryer could easily have been placed next to where stackable is and a smaller hall closet placed where current stackable is. Again, not luxury. Much less expensive apartments I've lived in had a full size washer and dryer.
The closet in the bedroom is nice but hearing my downstairs neighbors arguing is not. Again, not what I would expect in a luxury apartment. Their advertising states they are surrounded by a lush greenbelt. There is grass along the front, but that's it. Doesn't make up for the lack of insulation/sound barrier against traffic and the constant semis and police sirens going by, especially at night.
Parking. They charge for carport, but with so little parking for residents and guests to both use, they should not charge for any. 13 units and each unit gets two parking spaces. I don't think between carport and front lot, there are even 26 spaces.
No air conditioning but opening living room and dining room windows allow a good cross breeze to cool rooms in summer. You'll have to listen to traffic, though, so prepare to up the volume on your tv or stereo if you want to hear it.
On the plus side, square footage is good as I said. Neighbors are friendly and mostly quiet. Only a couple minutes to shopping.
