Amanda is the best !

I recently moved from a studio to a 2bd unit. Amanda helped make the transition super easy as it was in the middle of a business trip and I was out of state. Location and staff are far above expectation.

Amazing location

My wife and I have been here a year now and love the complex and the friendly connection we have with the front office - especially with Annie who moved to another Weidner property and Amanda who is now the director.

Maintenance staff member Ismael was very respectful, friendly, polite, and professional when he repaired our faucet.

Please rent here with confidence and say "hello" to the lovely views.

Best Apartments in Town

Perfect location, beautiful views, quality apartments. And the leasing office is way better than most property managers. The team of women who work in the office are so friendly and willing to help! I would highly recommend renting here.

Reasonable Rent & Great Location

Fair prices for a quality apartment. On site leasing office staff makes everything super easy, and a location that can’t be beat. We love it!

Amenities are great

There’s an awesome hot tub, well kept grounds, pet friendly & gorgeous views of the mountains.
Everyone is really friendly. Annie, Hannah & Amanda in the office are the best!
