I very recently moved it, and not only was I VERY happy with the Leasing Professional, but the maintenance crew I've encountered have all been, very kind, considerate, and professional! Nothing but good things to say about this Community at this point. GREAT JOB!

Good value for the area, two large swimming pools, and walking distance to schools, trails, Harbour Pointe Golf Course, Nic's Barbershop, Tapped Mukilteo, Henry's Donuts, the library, and many more Mukilteo attractions!

The facilities are unbeatable and at such a reasonable price too! My partner and I were able to get a floor plan we love in our budget and it is so quiet and peaceful. The whole community is full of nice and friendly neighbors, blowing my expectations out of the water!
