The complex is overall very nice. The streets are tight and there isn't much parking.

Maintenance does the best job they can, but it feels like the property management doesn't allow them to have the budget they need to adequately keep the townhomes as nice as they should be.

Rodents and they are tearing apart the side of our unit. We asked for compensation but the regional manger denied us. We have done multiple work orders since we moved in. Don't recommend this place.

Quiet community, wonderful staff, clean townhomes, close to the freeway for commute but you can’t hear it at all. Pet friendly with on-premise enclosed dog park. Close to hiking trails.
