Expensive, Strong smells of weed, & It's your fault service

After living here for several months I have discovered that my rent is at least a $1000 more than the average in this building. I have also discovered that it is more than a $1000 dollars compared to nearby apartments. Utilities for this apartment are community based Minus electricity and Internet. Any issue that you have with the apartment building that is brought up to staff, will be turned back and blamed on you. Elevators are most often shut down. And the issues with the elevators are not... addressed until they break down. The grounds has trash and reeks of a strong smell of dog urine. The so called dog park areas are purely mud with some wood chips. Overall this apartment building is fairly average With lower than average customer service and poor grounds keeping.

Expensive for Okay

There's good and bad. A big bad - elevator 2 that goes to P2, the level to walk out, always smells like urine and poop. I'm pretty sure its poop all over the elevator and exit. Elevators are slow, parking spaces are narrow, no AC, low water pressure, thin walls, high on the bills and fees. Some good - lots of businesses around, nice gym, nice pools.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We understand how living in a city apartment can come with some concerns. We have our groundskeeping team clean the garage by the elevator as much as possible, and our site team would be more than happy to... put in a request if you notice anything in the future. They would also be happy to answer any other questions you might have. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you, and we appreciate having you as a resident with us.

Don’t do it

If you’re thinking of moving here be fully aware your bills are going to be more expensive then any bills you’ve ever paid anywhere in this state. They say they charge you for shared spaces up front. I get that, but the actual cost of living here vs downtown Seattle is the same. You will not save anything living here versus downtown due to the way they distribute bills and all the service fees and your quality of life here is going to be very bad. On top of that your packages are going to be... delivered to the wrong building at least 20% of the time. Unless you decide to go CSI on your packages you won’t receive them. Ive never seen anything like it. There is no lobby to sign for anything requiring a signature. If you have friends coming to visit then you’ll have to meet them in the street. There is no way to let guest in. If you purchase a parking spot I sure hope you have a narrow car because you can’t open the door even in the narrowest of cars. The trash rooms smell awful and you can smell them from the apartments. The parking garages and halls smell like trash as well. They charge you monthly for the trash room and for a trash pickup service regardless if you use it and which never comes. If your a non-smoker, good luck. My apartment smells like I smoke 2 packs a day and I don’t smoke. Tenants complain constantly and if you read the fine print of the lease they basically state it’s a non-smoking apartment building but they won’t enforce it. It doesn’t help either that the apartments are 80+ degrees year round.

When you move here, expect the worst day of your life. The elevators are the slowest on the planet. It took a full day to unload a standard uhaul and I was late returning it because of the elevators. Every person I’ve met here has expressed the same frustration. They get you because once you get in here, you never want to go through the hell of getting out.

This apartment complex layout is awful. It must have made since to an engineer on a computer screen but the real life functionality sucks. Day to day life in this place is complete garbage. Everything barely works. From elevators, to car parking to gates to trash to packages to regular mail.

If you’re looking for an overpriced garbage place to live and don’t care about anything other than surviving, this place is for you. If you’re comparing this place to other places around Seattle or Renton, tack on at least $350 due to the excessive bills and re-evaluate your options. Don’t do it.

Staff is awesome!

We are 2 months in to our lease and so far the property is good. They are renovating and I am excited to use the amenities once they are back open. Kristin has been awesome. She was very helpful with the application and move-in and is still helping when ever we need anything.
