As a new resident I feel The Chroma apartments has a very clean and quit building. The neighbor has many fun activities and food an beverage places to enjoy. If you decide to make this your residence you will be greeted with open arms in a cozy environment.

I recently moved in to Chroma and the property management, especially Tracy, made my move very comfortable and easy! From arranging video tours to addressing all of my questions/concerns, Tracy and the team have been very helpful, kind, and friendly!

I've been a CHROMA resident for almost 3 years. The staff has been amazing and helpful, and they've always been responsive to my problems. The amenities are also great -- I'm especially fond of the free weight setup in the apartment gym, which is complete with a deadlift platform and a squat rack.

Luxury apartment with poor security

I recently moved in here and was initially impressed with the amenities, friendly staff, and location...Unfortunately my experience has been impacted by security and communication issues.

My expensive e-bike was stolen from the underground parking garage after just one month. The bike locker had a broken door and a history of theft, which staff was aware of, but didn't communicate or address in time.

Looking at other reviews it seems safety and communication are common long-term issues at this... location. I’m hopeful that improvements will be made based on resident feedback to ensure this doesn’t keep happening.

We can completely understand how this... situation would be disappointing, especially after initially having a positive experience with us.

We've added a full length astragal to the bike storage room door and are currently reviewing security measures for our community and looking into how we can improve communication with residents moving forward. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas where we can do better, and we sincerely regret that we didn’t address the bike locker issue in time to prevent this incident.
