I was looking for a new apartment in the capitol hill area and this property was the only one that responded quickly when I was inquiring on several different options. I worked with Jennifer who was super responsive and helpful through the unit selection and lease execution process. Thanks so much!

I moved out months ago and still dealing with the issue of receiving emails, texts, phone calls from the package concierge. I was told over the phone about 5 times now that it would be dealt with and it hasn’t. Now being told that I need to contact the package concierge services. Never got my security deposit and my last months rent, over $2000 and kept being told that they would have someone call me back with information about that. Not once have a I received a call back from management. I... moved out under an agreement of termination of lease.

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere in Downtown and Cap Hill in Seattle. You cannot hear any noise from the surrounding units in proximity to yours. The staff is attentive and helpful and everything was a great experiece.
