Not worth it
The bonus of this apartment is the location. It’s near the highway, downtown, and nightlife/restaurants. The rooftop has a nice view, but has a lot of unused space and the noise of the highway is overpowering. Lots of downsides.. parking is more expensive than other apartments in the area and very limited. The garage is also very tight. The hot water would often go out. Invest in dry shampoo and baby wipes or be okay with cold showers every so often. Even when it was working, I would need to... have the water run for 5+ mins before it would heat up. No dog run. No A/C and can’t open windows more than a crack. My apartment thermostat read over 85 F for days over the summer. The gym is sad and goes mostly unused. My biggest complaint was that they kept my deposit despite me following all exit instructions, meticulously cleaning prior to returning keys, and completing an exit walk through with the unit manager where there wasn’t mention of needing to fix anything besides the usual nail holes from hanging a few pictures and lights. The units have very few lights besides the kitchen and bathroom so keep that in mind too.. Overall, I would only recommend Pivot to people that have screwed me over or should burn in hell. Because Pivot will without a doubt screw them out of a deposit and the apartment will feel like hell in the summer. 2/5 stars is my generous review.
