We welcome 2 pets, per apartment home. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee ($500 for the 1st pet, $250 for the 2nd pet). Pet rent is $25 per month, per pet. DNA testing (Poo Prints) is required for all dogs: $50 p/ pet dog.
Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes and Wolf-hybrids.

I walked in, and on my first day I fell in love with the place. Megan was super helpful and got me a tour set up in a timely fashion. The Clubhouse is super awesome, and grounds are kept well maintained. I’ve only had one maintenance issue and it was solved within three days of notification, and that was due to my availability

From finding this apartment complex online to setting up a walk-through and applying and getting approved the whole process was quick and seamless they also had an awesome move-in special that allowed me to move in a little bit before my last lease expired and gave me some time to get things moved over ahead of time. The staff is friendly and really awesome to work with.
