Terrible Staff
Living there wasn’t so bad, aside from the overpriced rent. The move out process, however, has been the worst thing imaginable.
It is currently August 2nd and I moved out in April… I have yet to receive my security deposit they owe me and my roommate worth 1400+ dollars. They have said in writing multiple times that they have sent the check in the mail, but when I call and ask I am told that it will be sent soon or sent with the next batch.. it’s a different answer every time.
Not only that,... upon move out the management never cancelled their end of utilities, so I’ve been getting charged for months for an apartment I don’t live in or have access to. I called the utilities company and they confirmed it is on the landlord to cancel and backdate. When I called asking them to backdate it, they said they thought my roommate had stayed in the apartment after I moved out?? We both moved out on the same day back in April.
In addition, when I did move out, they locked me out 8 hours early making it impossible to get a hold of my belongings left in the apartment until the next week (I moved out on a Friday).
This typically wouldn’t be such an issue, but the fact is it is near impossible to get them on the phone, and when they do answer, it is near impossible to get answers. At this point I am considering legal help to get my money back they owe me.
Do not move in here, it is not worth dealing with this joke of a management team. You are literally better off calling the maintenance number, at least he is nice and answers his phone.
