Canyon Bluffs Apartments

Thank you! Only negative is I wish shoe covers were worn when you guys come in. Each time wet shoes are worn inside and leave behind a mess from the weather. Not a big deal but not my favorite. We dont wear shoes inside. Thank you again for fixing it though!

Love Canyon Bluffs No complaints from me just wishes for a new garbage disposal and refridgerator/freezer with an accessable freezer. Can't open it far enough to be efficient. Im sure you have heard that before Staff here at Canyon Bluffs is the BEST

I loved my time here. The apartment was beautiful with all of the amenities I require, and a walk-in closet to boot. We tried not to be a bother, but the few times we needed maintenance they were hot to trot; you could put in a mtx request at 455 and they'd call to ask if you needed them then or if it could wait til morning, and sure as heck the next morning before the office opened they'd be knocking at your door. The only thing I'd say--and it's not a big enough deal that I'd take away a... star--is I wish the apartments had hardwood floors. We got our puppy in the middle of a wet winter and she tracked paw prints all over the carpet, but we got a partial deposit back. I absolutely loved my apartment and the entire community. Since the complex is so close to the AFB there are a lot of military people living in the complex, which made me feel very safe as a woman living alone. My washer broke at one point, and the very next day they brought me a brand new one and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I had an amazing view, especially in the winter. They maintain the grounds very nicely, and plow frequently in the winter. If trains going by bothers you, it... may not be the place for you, but I personally really enjoy seeing and hearing the trains going by. I lived at Canyon Bluffs for 18 months and I had a great experience here. Every time we put in a maintenance request it was fixed within 48 hours. The staff was always kind and willing to answer questions. The staff was constantly maintaining the grounds and making improvements in the club house. My only complaints are that the walls were somewhat thin so I could hear if my neighbors were vacuuming early in the morning, etc. However, this has been my experience at most apartments.
