Terrible office staff
I have not moved in quite yet but I will be in 2 days. If I had any where else to go at this point I wouldn’t be moving here. The office staff never answers emails or phone calls. I was waiting on some confirmation about some documents I sent over and waited 5 days to get a call back. The excuse was that “we thought you might be busy”. I called every single day and left a message but they just did not care. They are unprofessional and extremely understaffed. The only helpful person from that... office was the (what seems like) the ONLY leasing agent and another manager from a different property (who was just filling in). I am moving from Hillsboro, Oregon so for me to have to drive 30 minutes to go talk to someone and get answers to my face is just awful. I hope my experience changes over the course of living here because I was so excited about moving but I am certainly not looking forward to it anymore. This process has been way too stressful for what it is.

While our team does their best to remain available throughout office hours, occasional situations - such as limited staffing, touring, breaks,...
