Nice apartment but unprofessional management
The overall building is nice and modern as you'd get with any of the new buildings going up.
However I was frequently concerned about using the elevator as it constantly breaks down and you can feel it when you take it
Walls are not soundproof as they claim to be. Can easily hear neighbors and people above and below you.
Seemed rushed to move out when lease was turned in. For the price - you are better off living closer to things in walking distance..

Property Manager at The Woodspire responded to this review
Here at The Woodspire, we strive to have the best on-site property management team by answering tenant questions and concerns with the utmost courtesy and respect. We complete all maintenance requests immediately and in a professional manner, no... matter how frivolous. When we constructed The Woodspire, a major concern was to incorporate all soundproofing methods available to make sure noise transfer between units was reduced as much as possible. To accomplish this, we constructed double-insulated walls between units and floor matting underneath the floor covering. Meanwhile, all tenants are given a 60-day notice prior to lease expiration where they state whether they will be staying or not. If a tenant chooses not to renew, they have until the end of the lease to move out (so there's no rush to move out). Furthermore, you will not find any other apartment community in the Eau Claire area that can compare to The Woodspire when it comes to included amenities at a similar price point.
