NOISE NOISE NOISE. DO NOT RENT! SO EXPENSIVE AND MISERABLE!

I moved in July first. I have had to call the police several times. My building is VERY noisy. I had to deal with deafening pounding music the first week there. The police issued a warning and each time I have called since the woman just turns the music off when the police car pulls in. She also stomps around wearing what sounds like combat boots. Management does NOTHING but say neighbors are denying it even after I provided video from camera on fridge. Subwoofer in apartment below makes my bed... shake. A NIGHTMARE I cannot get out of for a YEAR. All I do at night is CRY. DO NOT MOVE HERE. $1218 per month of HELL.

Great place to live

I have lived here for a year and the management is great. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and the office staff is always friendly and will take time to listen to any questions or requests. I will be renewing my lease!

Love this place

I have lived here for a few years now and I love the active community. They always have something going on whether it’s a pool party for the residents or a rummage held by the residents. Management seems to want to get the residents to know each other and I think it’s great. The office staff and maintenance team are always helpful and understanding.

Do not move into this place!!!!!

Will Never Move into this place ever again. Rediculous Parking rules, maintnance is Horrible at responding so i just gave up in their so called "Work Orders" and the place just has constant problems back to back to back. Washer ended up spilling water all over the floor as well as in the middle of winter on a saturday night the HVAC system stopped working and they couldnt replace anything until Monday morning so i had to send my kids off because the best thing they could do was put "1" small... little heater to have the temp reach its minimum requirement of I believe 65°F. For the amount of rent charge of this place and the low quality this resisidential place provides is absolutely rediculous and definently not worth it. I would not recommend anybody to live in these units especially if you have kids. And remember to keep an eye on your cars because they'll toe it for even the simplest reason. I lived in another residential area where my rent was alot less then what I paid here and not once did I have to call maintnance. Only reason I moved was because i needed more space. Place might "seem" to look nice but after you move in you'll see the damage.
