A Bit Pricey, but Worth It
Everything here is upscale, from the apartment amenities to the "extras" such as clubhouse, pool, business center, etc. Even the smallest 2-bedroom units are +1200-square-feet, and the apartment layout is ideal - 9-foot ceilings, bedrooms on either side of the unit (not back-to-back), contemporary lighting and plumbing fixtures, gas fireplaces, and lots of windows. Each unit has a generous-sized balcony or patio. Best features: individual entrances and attached garage (most are 1 car, but some... larger have 2-car attached garages) and the fireplaces. The 4-unit buildings are built in a tasteful, craftsman-style design accented by stone and wood exteriors, Carriage-style garage doors have windows, too - a nice touch.
Landscaping is well-maintained, and renters keep their areas looking nice.
Some renters may hear moderate noise from freeway and nearby businesses, but units are well-constructed and quiet inside. Additional apartment buildings are under construction, so it depends on your location within complex.
The apartment manager, staff and maintenance crew all seem extremely helpful and friendly.
All this luxury comes at a price, but if you want your place to feel like "home," it's worth it.
