Quality care: maintenance!

Staff is very professional, reliable, and understanding. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, it is addressed in a timely manner (which is hard to come by with most apartment complexes). I would like to give a big shout out to Thomas, as he has helped every request thus far with compassion and diligence. 10/10 experience living here. If you want to feel appreciated and taken care: this is the residence for you. Also: it is located in an amazing part of Milwaukee, one to two blocks from 1)... summer fest and 2) downtown 3rd ward. Cannot say enough good things about this apartment!!!

Best place we have lived so far

We have been moved in officially for 5 months and our experience has been great so far. we moved here from california so it’s been a lot going on and the jefferson block leasing office has just been amazingly helpful. we have loved becoming apart of this community.
The office Cora and emma are amazing and are so helpful. Thomas and the whole Maintenance team is so quick to respond and always do a phenomenal job.

Great Location

Jefferson Block has been a wonderful place to call home for the past 8 months. The staff have all been so friendly and active within the apartment community. When putting in maintenance requests, Thomas and other techs have always been fast and helpful. The building is in perfect walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops. We love the unit we’re renting and how it’s two stories and connected to the garage. We would 100% recommend Jefferson Block and are glad we chose it as a home!
