Jefferson block is the best place to live in Milwaukee! Living in the third ward is incredible, and having an affordable place like Jefferson block is even better! I have had nothing but great experiences with the management and maintenance.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this apartment! From the start, the on-site staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of promptly and with a smile. The amenities here are top-notch; the gym is well-equipped and the communal spaces are always clean and welcoming. It truly feels like home, and I love coming back every day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed... apartment community.

Great place to live!

We've lived here almost 2 years and love it. It's a great building with very nice amenities in a perfect location (especially during festival season). The community is awesome and our building managers Brad and Cora put on fun events every month. Thomas and Dan are always quick to respond to maintenance requests and fix any issues that pop up. Highly recommend checking out Jefferson Block for your next apartment!
