The apartments are okay at best. All furnishings and finishes (cabinets, appliances, floors, etc.) are the cheapest of the cheap and yet they still charge an arm and a leg for rent. The HVAC systems are the absolute worst, you can't hear yourself think with how loud they are...plus the windows leak like a sieve so it turns on all the time.
Additionally, they will raise your rent every year you live there plus charge a bunch of additional monthly fees on top of the advertised price.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all feedback so that we can continue to improve. We are very sorry that your experience in our community has been unsatisfactory. We would be happy to look at the window issue so your HVAC unit is not... running as often. Please reach out to the office when you can so we can address it. Again, we appreciate all feedback, so please continue to share with us!
Thank you!

There are many things I like about the Springs: Dog friendly, pool access, private entrance to your apartment, and friendly staff.
The only things that I find lacking at the Springs is in the apartment itself. Both apartments I have lived in here have pretty poor insulation. Which is really unfortunate, because I like to be earth friendly but I end up having to put the heat on way more than I'd like to.
Other than that one issue, my experience at the Springs has been very positive.

I loved living at the springs because of its location- close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to 151.
However, the parking is atrocious. While this complex has garages, tons of residents use it for storage and park outside. In winter when street parking isn’t available, good luck finding a parking spot. Some buildings have only 6 spots in front but obviously far more residents. (No underground parking either). You either won’t get a spot or will be walking across the community. Also if... you park on the curb to carry stuff in, they’ll have your vehicle towed :)
Also, for a property of its caliber, it’s expensive. The apartments look nice because they’re newish, but the finishes are cheap. You also lay water, sewer and trash twice because to have to pay valet trash as well as pay trash to the city. So much more expensive than other new apartments that offer the same amenities.
For those of you with dogs- the dog park is nice. The dog wash however, is closed all winter (it’s not built inside a building or in underground parking like other complexes do, so it’s unusable for 1/2 the year. Same goes for the car wash.
For this money, I’d look at other newer properties.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your review; the information you have given us is useful for us to know where we can make improvements. Our valet trash service is a team of members that come after-hours to pick up trash outside... your front door 5 days a week. The city also charges all residents a $10 trash fee. We apologize if this was not clear during your leasing process. We are looking into ways to better our car wash and pet wash stations, but at this time we cannot have them open when the weather is below 40 degrees as the pipes could potentially freeze. If you would like to discuss anything in further detail, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you again for your review,

We chose this apartment since it had a pool, a garage and a convenient location. It's a good place to live but the parking is lacking. The garage is so narrow that you can't fit a pickup truck or large SUV in it. Most use their garages for storage and park outside. In the nonwinter months, it's OK since many park on the street. Once winter hits, good luck finding parking. Zach and Dave are great in there care in keeping the pool clean and enforcing apartment rules. We are moving since... there were big rent increases, we are moving to a less expensive, new apartment.
