Watertown East Apartments

My apartment is spacious, clean, and my neighbors are very nice.Jessica and all the Maintenance men have been so wonderful and helpful! Any maintenance problem is taken care of in a timely fashion. Great grassy area for kids to play along with multiple swings and sand area.

I have lived here since 2018 and in the past two years Jessica has managed to clean this place up nicely. As well as Jessica is a friendly person. If there is any maintenance that needs to be done on the apartment, the maintenance crew gets it done in a timely manner. The yard is well taken care of, as well as when there is snow its removed in a timely manner.

I would definetly recommend these apartments. Manager is awesome

5 stars is just not enough to show how happy my family is with Watertown East Apartments! Jessica made us feel at home when we were signing our lease and doing our walk through! I have lived here for 3 years and cannot complain at all! She definitely knows how to run an apartment complex. She’s always on top of everything! Very friendly, and has amazing customer service. The maintenance men are wonderful as well! The complex is always on top of making sure the grass is cut and the snow is... shoveled. To top is all off the apartments are pretty spacious!
