Great for young couples!
My husband and I are in our mid-twenties and have lived here for nearly 3 years and loved it. We moved to Waunakee on a whim after another apartment fell through, and couldn't have been luckier! The location of this building is great, being close to the new library, great restaurants, and the beautiful village park (not to mention Kwik Trip!!). The residents here are quiet, the building and underground garage are clean, the apartments are spacious and have a fair amount of storage, the property... is pet friendly, and the management has always been kind. My biggest complaint is that there isn't much in way of public transportation or food delivery, but other than that I've loved my time at Madison and Main and we have no intent to move any time soon.
Plus, you're only ~20 minutes away from downtown Madison and close to I90/94 which makes travel a breeze. Great location and great property!

Location, Location, Location
This is the place to live if you work in the Greater Madison, Middleton, Sun Prairie metroplex. I'll also include Mt. Horeb, Verona, and Cross Plains, De Forest and Windsor. It is away from the metroplex, the University of Wisconsin, Government of Wisconsin and the great medical complexes to be private and on a more serene community, yet within 15 minutes everything that is great about Wisconsin is located within your reach. Top Corporations, UW-Madison, top national hospitals and health... research clinics, politics at it's best--you are right in the capital city and all county parks, 7 lakes, state parks and Wisconsin Dellls (Water Slide Capital of the World is 30 minutes from here! What more could an individual or young couple just starting out want. Country, City, Noise and Action, Quiet and Calm. Call Madison and Main in Waunakee, WI and visit for a while you will find yourself staying for all the conveniences.
