Located right off of the Oakwood Road Exit- Exit 58A, Greenbrier Gardens is located in the South Hills area which is just a short distance to I-64, downtown Charleston, the Charleston Towncenter, Ashton Place, Trace Fork Shopping Center, Dudley Farm Shopping Center, and Southridge Shopping Center. The apartments have been newly renovated and now include fully furnished kitchens and thermopane windows. Our apartments are all electric (no gas). Although the two and three bedrooms have washer and dryer hookups, there is a laundry facility beside the office which residents can use 24/7 for a small fee. On the property, there is also a large two-level pool with a waterfall for our residents to enjoy in the summer months!
