We have lived in Caldera for 7 and half months, and the placebis great. The remodeled apartments look incredible. We love living here. The staff are very nice and maintenancebis incredible. Would highly recommend this place.

We have been living here for over 5 1/2 months and love it. The newly updated apartments are awesome. They are working to update the whole community and can't wait to see how everything turns out. The maintenance is excellent at getting things done fast. The office staff have been freatvin working with us when we moved in, especially Nick. There have been others, but am bad with names, and can only remember his name. Highly recommend this place.

I moved here at the beginning of Covid and the staff here have been extremely helpful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable in this area after moving away from family.
