Some people dont respect the speed limit.. ther are always speeding through the bumps, not caring if there’s children around. I think fixing the front gates would help out a lot.

By all means look for a better place to live. Solas Glendale is by far the worst place I’ve lived.

Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of pools. Parking seems suitable. Complex staff is very responsive and honest. Tenants seem content. Amenities are sufficient. Definitely worth the money you pay to stay in the complex.
