Love living here! The community is nice and friendly, the office staff is always willing to help and happy too! I enjoy that there are always fun events happening from holiday parties, free breakfast, and pet of the month. Best living experience :)

I’m very happy here. Management is very helpful and responsive. The grounds are well kept, Richard in maintenance is the best at responding to requests. He’s professional and personable. Kim, the property manager, and her staff are also professional and personable and respond to any issues quickly. I enjoy the food trucks and events. Love my apartment. My only issue is the extra charges for things I have to pay for that were included when this complex was built and I didn’t have to pay extra for... , but I don’t use: dog park, pool, bbq grills and a long list of other fees.

Have I told you lately how much we love living at Desert Mirage? The management and maintenance staff are friendly and hard working. The property is well kept. I love that landscaping is well maintained since that is one of the things that attracted us to Desert Mirage.

In the past year or so since we have had a new property manager here, things have improved 100 fold from how this property looked a couple years ago. There is a new landscaping company taking care of all aspects of landscape maintenance, that do an awesome job keeping the grounds looking beautiful
