I have had the best experience with 44 Monroe, from my initial visit to my move in. The staff has been amazing and very helpful and professional! My move in was so quick and easy, I highly recommend this community. I absolutely love my new place!

Great community with welcoming staff. Apartment unit was ready for movie-in and maintenance staff was helpful answering all questions.

No hot water no matter what they tell you about the water heater it always breaks. Elevator is always down. And management is trash.
