very shady environment, junkies posted up in the front of the apts by the bus stop. place is infested with roaches spraying does nothing. they control your ac and if yours is broken they will cut cost to fix it in 115 degree weather, mid summer been this way for around 2 months, still no fix. pool is always closed mid summer. none of the maintenance workers speak English. the list goes on about this place. pay a little extra and live somewhere else this place is living hell DO NOT LIVE HERE... I rented an apartment for 3 years here and always paid on time. My son worked for the tow company contracted to the property and had an altercation with the manger while he was working. I was immediately told I had to move at the end of my lease. When I confronted the manager about the situation, she had told me that the altercation had nothing to do with it and that my unit was scheduled for a remodel. She refused to relocate me to another unit and I was forced to move. I was told that since... the unit was going to be completely remodeled that I just needed to make sure it was completely cleaned out. When I did my walk out I was told I was good and that I had nothing to worry about. Several months later I received a phone call from a collector stating that I owed over $800 for a final utility bill, cleaning, and repainting of the apartment. I was never sent any final bill by the apartment complex or contacted about making a payment. I pay all my bills on time and at that time my credit score was high 700's. This issue dropped my credit score to the mid 600's. I always paid my rent on time and was very mindful of everything the manager asked of me. Yeah the price is good, but you'll regret it. We moved in and were immediately shocked by this place (in a bad way). I don't even feel comfortable leaving my car here over night. Most of the time there is no parking. They have one central unit for heating and cooling and they turn the cooling off in December, when it's still 80 degrees outside; making it even hotter in our apartment and we can't do anything about it. I would never suggest anyone to live here! The place is infested with roaches and the head manager is sarcastic aka a word I can't use online. The manager called me a liar when I complained about problems within my apartment and when I moved in there was urine all on the toilet. I can see why there are so many bad reviews and I wouldn't suggest that you take a risk and move here. The head manager is also VERY unprofessional, when I spoke with her she acted as though my concerns were a direct hit... at her! The leasing manager is nice and I like her however the other manager should not be managing anyone's apartment complex. Read More

It's ok but it's not the best or great, some problems with the air conditioning units during the summer.
