-good central Phx location

Cons:
-Drug dealing and domestic fighting 24/7
-Tenants are loud all throughout the night, drugs and alcohol in the pool area.
-office always closed
-security gate is never working, always wide open for any homeless person to take up residence in the courtyard. Homeless person even knocked on my door asking for water.
-Hot air and cigarette smoke comes in through front windows and under door so air... constantly runs.

This place is nothing like the pics make it out to be. Total waste of hard earned money. Stay away!

Office is closed/“out for lunch” way too often. Called a total of 9 times in the past three days. Left multiple voicemails, and not a single one of my calls has been returned. Very unresponsive and unprofessional. All because I didn’t renew my lease so I could relocate closer to my office. I told the manager OVER two months in advance, that I would be moving at the end of my lease. Right when my lease is up, they change managers and the new one “never got” my notice. Yet I paid up until the end... of my lease, and moved out three weeks before my lease was up! Now they’re claiming I need to pay additional months, when I no longer live there.

Apartments are in a good location, but the area is prone to construction almost always.
The leasing manager doesn’t live on-site, and it shows. Rather than having landscaping done on a weekday, when everyone is gone and at work, they schedule it very early morning on Saturday. Not the biggest deal, but when you only have one day off to sleep in and you get woken up by leaf blowers blowing dirt under your door, it gets annoying.
Laundry room is “card-only,” yet it doesn’t accept any cards. I have to pack up laundry and drive to a laundromat instead of being able to do it at home.
All around, Revival is a decent spot if you’re in a pinch. Otherwise, I’d say to find somewhere that values it’s tenants and their time. Read More

My Partner and I moved into Revival on 7th, the 1st of February 2019.
They are spending alot of Money remodeling the Complex. New Kitchens and Baths Stainless Steel Appliances ...
Really Nice.... No Gangs here, that other review must be very old or wrong complex. We would have never moved here otherwise

Ive lived here for 2 years now Staff is awesome. Great Location close to shopping and dinning. Very quite and no drama. Very happy to live here.
