It’s a great community. My wife and I love it. Everyone is very nice. It feels safe for the most part. The homeless are the only issue but the Phoenix homeless problem shouldn’t reflect poorly on the Highland

Been here 3 years and absolutely no complaints - great location, quiet, pet friendly, friendly office staff and quick response for maintenance issues. Also great pools and fitness center.

Just moved in and so far so good! The neighbors have been very friendly and quiet which is nice. The office staff has been so kind to us. I would definitely recommend this place!

Almost 5 years I been here

When I put in a request they show up. I put in that my dishwasher was not draining the very next day they came out and looked said it needed a part. By Monday they had the part and my dishwasher was fixed. Been having the same maintenance team since I been here. Always nice and respectful. Just renewed my lease. In the 5 years I been here I have had one issue and it was my AC. Not the property's fault they had to wait for a part. I will continue to renew my lease. This is home
