How Is This Rating Determined?

Almost 5 years I been here

When I put in a request they show up. I put in that my dishwasher was not draining the very next day they came out and looked said it needed a part. By Monday they had the part and my dishwasher was fixed. Been having the same maintenance team since I been here. Always nice and respectful. Just renewed my lease. In the 5 years I been here I have had one issue and it was my AC. Not the property's fault they had to wait for a part. I will continue to renew my lease. This is home

Great experience so far! I had a issue with the air conditioner. I submitted a work request which was super easy online and maintenance came the next day.
