I Hope You Don’t Value Your Safety and Security
We lived in this place for about a year and a half and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what we did.
First off, there were multiple reports of vandalism and burglary and they still have yet to change the gate code. Our neighbors apartment was broken into, smashed the glass in the master bedroom and robbed them, still no gate code change.
Second, hope you don’t plan to have anything in the apartment repaired. It took three weeks for them to fix our dryer. One week for... maintenance to even come look at it, one week to send the GE repair man after, then it took GE a week to get the part.
Third is the fees. They originally told us any hole under the size of a quarter is fine in the wall. We mounted TVs, hung pictures, etc. All small holes. When we moved out, they kept our deposit and demanded more money to patch the tiny nail holes and repaint the apartment.
Fourth, you can never reach the office. We tried 10 times in one day to reach them. No answer. Left multiple voicemails, no call back. There was one day, I went by the office at 12:30 since they weren’t answering. The sign outside said “we’ll be back at 5:30. That’s five hours, in the middle of a weekday that the office staff just goes missing.
Also, you think you have a private pool just for use by the tenants? Guess again. There are people in the pool every night, all parked outside the gate to get in. Just awful. Please find another place to live. It’s not worth it.
