Parking Issues, Poor Front Office Staff
This was by far the worst apartment I've lived at, which is significant considering I rented while going to ASU for 4 years in Tempe. Guests were towed, I was towed from my own parking space and the front office did nothing to reconcile that cost. The pool was constantly under maintenance and had alcohol cans/bottles all over the place from people partying. Part of a parking structure fell on people's cars and the front office said it was not covered by insurance as it was an act of god. The... cheap refrigerator had to be replaced three times in the two years I was here. I could go on, but I would never recommend living here

We sincerely apologize for the negative experiences you encountered during your time at San Marin.
We require all residents and guests to have a parking pass or sticker in their car while parked on the property. Residents are also required to have... their parking sticker displayed in the front window while parked in their designated space to ensure the space is being utilized by a resident. The office has parking passes readily available for residents to pick up for their guests for up to three days at a time. We also offer the option for the staff to deliver to your door if needed.
The falling of the carport structure was caused by an intense monsoon storm and could not have been predicted by the onsite staff. Your vehicle or renters’ insurance should’ve been the one to compensate you if your vehicle was affected by that unfortunate accident.
Regarding your refrigerator, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In these circumstances, maintenance makes it a priority to get appliances ordered and installed quickly. We cannot know when putting in a new appliance if it has a defect or is working at the time of installation. Our maintenance technicians ensure all new appliances work properly before leaving the unit.
We strive to provide a positive living experience to all of our residents. If you still have any remaining questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at (480) 949-1222 or SMGroup@rentanapt.com.
Thank you,
San Marin Management
