Loved living here!

I had a wonderful experience living at The Tom Scot, and I can't say enough good things about Larita. Her kindness and flexibility went above and beyond to make sure I loved where I lived. Kim, Connie, and Cody were also fantastic—always providing top-notch service and making life there so enjoyable. The amenities are incredible, including a golf simulator, two pools, and a state-of-the-art gym, all within close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants and nightlife. I'll definitely miss... this place and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great living experience!

Living here has been good so far. The people are so nice and the amenities are great. I love that they have smart home features and I can control it from my phone. The complex hosts various activities like pool parties and breakfasts. They are also pet friendly.

Great amenities including gym, pool, hot tub, social room, and more. Staff is very friendly and keep the place clean and tidy. Overall quite and you cannot hear much from your next door or upstairs neighbors.
