Falcon Court Apartments

I've been a renter here since 2015 and will be until I have to leave the state. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The office staff are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. the area is super convenient to public transport stops! which is important to me. I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel here

You get what you pay for. The first thing I noticed is the huge difference between the pictures and in real life lol. The pictures are all filtered out making the property look healthier than it is. They also use old pictures because there’s definitely no green grass here lol. The pool is always dirty and looks nothing like the photo lol. I’m seriously laughing because it’s like being catfishes by some apartments lol. I guess I don’t like it when i’m lied to which is why this review. The laundry... room looks nothing like the photo, it looks pretty beat up in there but I will say the machines are up to date and pretty new. Other than the pictures being filtered and outdated, the apartment itself is average. Lots of lil wholes I didn’t see at first are easy to see after a month. The walls are cheap, the paint is cheap. I say that because I had my box fan against the wall and noticed that it was leaving little chips in the paint and wall so obviously I moved it after this realization. I’ve never had any issues with a fan doing that before. I also used the velcro wall hangers to avoid holes but when I peeled them off it also took a layer of paint and revealed the dry wall lol, what?! Never has that happened before. I once saw a lil bug crawl in between the stove and sink. I definitely will not be renewing my lease here. On a positive note, the view is serene, lots of birds if you like birds. Totally nightmare living here. A week after move in a/c stop working. Maintenance "fix it" few days after stop working again. Grounds are not maintain. Dog poop and cigar butts everywhere. Next apartment neighbor constantly yelling and fighting with his partner. Wish never came to live here. Avoid this place. Avoid yourself many headaches. Look somewhere else!!!

To whom it may concern
I moved my move in date was the 19 of Aug 2017 as i was walking the grounds looking for the manager i saw Guys in the apartment i was to rent, just sitting with computers with fans going while they was exterminating the apartment next door for bed bugs
1. Roaches, bed bugs.
2. the stove hood peeling paint and was dirty and cabinets and draws nasty that particle board or what ever need to be replaced.
3. the air condition make so much noise you can't sleep and it it a a... big crack you can see all the way out side bugs just come in through it.
4. there is a disgusting smell in the apartment.
5. the window can't be open because the screen is all broke up they had the nerve to put packing tape all around the edges of the screen and wall. and when i spoke to the manager about she just look at me and smiled.
6. A crack under the door. bugs just walk in at will.
I'm have only been in this apartment for a few days I'm starting to feel like nobody cares
Please can you help me. i don't like to complain and I'm not a nasty person i like things comfortable and at this point (I'M Not COMFORTABLE )

There's enough room for myself and my two toy size dogs ,and it's much better than where ever I've lived, because it's in the back area, where it has more privacy. Their is no gas bill to worry about, or no gas fires to worry about as well! It doesn't face the on coming wind.
