Sterling Pointe Apartments

I've lived here for a couple years and am moving as soon as my current lease is up. It was OK before they started raising rent. My rent was raised twice last year, during the pandemic when I was barely working. All my appliances are from the early 90's at best, definitely not worth a rent increase. Laundry room just got "upgraded" but there was no notification and I went to do laundry with my quarters only to find I had to buy a special card to do laundry, I ended up going to the laundry mat.... You only see the manager when she stands outside the office door smoking. There's so much dog poop on the grounds I'm sure it's a health hazard, the dog pee even killed the grass and it stinks when the sun warms it up. Save your money for somewhere worth the price. Do not live here. Management, and apartments are terrible.

The new land lord is a grumpy lady who has no idea how to keep things together. I lived there and had a 300 dollar pet deposit, when I moved out the carpet needed to be replaced. She stated that I had only paid a 150 deposit trying to get me out of 150 dollars. I don't mind paying what I owe but if you cant keep track of what I did in your records you need to choose a new carrier. Only complaint is her. That's the reason for my 1 star. If you are looking for a small, but spacious apartment at an affordable rate, then Sterling Pointe is for you! Come live at a place that has plenty of parking, within walking distance to Circle K, and is close to the action on Fry Blvd! Although this building is in the low-income part of town, it still has charm. If you're looking for a place that has immediate maintenance repair/support, look no further! The maintenance man, David, is the best there is! He has never let us down when we had an... issue. This building doesn't come with a common area, however the pool area does have a small grass area and a covered area to hold a fun pool party! We currently have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and it has a good amount of space for a couple living together, however if you are expanding your family, this may not be the place for you.
