I love it here! I just moved here a couple months ago and the office staff are so kind. You can tell maintenance works hard and the landscaping is beautiful! I'm proud to call this place home.

I absolutely love the staff at Promenade at Grand.
They are always very friendly and uplifting.
Though it is an older property, they have always been very
prompt and professional in getting things fixed.
I feel very safe here on the property, which is saying a lot in
this day and age.
I have truly enjoyed my stay here.
