The location is Perfect! The area is safe. I haven't had any issues with car theft or burglary. The office staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. The maintenance support is on top of things! I submit a request and it is taken care of RIGHT away! Compared to my last apartment, this maintenance team and system is Perfect! The maintenance man is also Very nice and respectful.

Highland park goes beyond and above to make your experience with move-in in stressful. The office staff is very knowledgeable, informative, and approachable. They do listen to your concerns and will act on getting them resolved quickly.
