Moved from NY to AZ in 2021, San Portella has been a good place to live we have gone through some management changes since but overall, the experience has not changed much. The people who live here are great neighbors are respectful new management seems to have put an emphasis on upgrading some of the amenities which is nice.

I moved here from Texas, site and property unseen in person, and I have to say; it far exceeds anything I could ever ask for. I will Gladly live here until I buy a house. Property and apartments are so nice, grounds are very beautiful and well maintained, office staff is so helpful, caring, and professional. I love it here at San Portella

San Portella is everything I expected it to be AND more! I moved from out of state, sight unseen, but walkthroughs online and all the amenities won me over. Then I got here and the office staff and entire apartment living lifestyle here is absolutely amazing.
