Villas de la Montana Apartments

I found a fantastic apartment for the price! I feel secure here, and the office staff is always helpful when I need assistance.

I have been at the location for 2 years now and every year, "new" fee. The pricing here is fake, they don't give you a set amount because the utilities are ever-changing, which means you can be paying way more than what is advertised.

Not a safe location, I have seen drug addicts, people playing with weapons, and drug dealers in cars.

And to top it all off they don't even turn on all of the lights which makes it more unsafe, Drive by and look beyond the front building and you'll see it's just... dark, same thing for the parking in the middle! Read More

The apartment complex refuses to address the roach problem. Myself and several other tenants moved out because of it.When I first moved in, my apartment had numerous carpentry issues that they refused to fix, such as drawers that won't open or a towel bar won't stay on the wall. The oven they gave me is broken. They refuse to fix it.

Living here since July 2021. My apartment was infested with roaches, and my oven did not work. I waited months for someone to take care of the roaches and repair my oven. They had only done so after a legal threat. Even then, they had mnot done a complete job. My oven only partially functions, and the roaches had come back. Even though the roaches existed prior to me moving in, they still attempted to blame it on me.
Many of the drawers in my kitchen are broken. When I complained about this, I... was told that they were not legally obligated to repair them.
I also deal with loud construction workers who leave messes everywhere. The management is always looking for excuses to evict the current tenants so that they can evict them, remodel their apartment, and rent it out to a higher paying tenant. Read More
