Nice amenities

Overall, it's a decent place. There are a few issues, with noisy neighbors, but not every single night. The planes from the air force base are super loud, but you kind of get used to it. Great price for rent and I got a dishwasher, microwave, fitness room and 2 pools. Walkable to grocery stores and can bike to the mall (about 3 miles away) or Reid Park (2-1/2 miles). I lived all over the US, and I think this is a nice place at a good price, all things considered. The apartment is small, but I... don't mind that, keeps utility bills down, and I don't buy unnecessary, extra "stuff". And the walk in closet is nice. Management is responsive, and I've never had a problem with them. Cheers!

Cordova Village Apartments

My fiancee` and I moved here almost 3 years ago and we love it here. We like the fact that it is quiet and peaceful. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. They always get things done promptly.

Roomy,and in a great location

My apartment is spacious and roomy, I like the fact that there are two pools, a cook out area where parties and cookouts can be held. This property offers a few more perks, like a basketball court, two laundry rooms, a work out room, and they are located near grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and several churches all within walking distance. There are some nights that a cool breeze can be felt, good people, and great maintenance, and staff.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

The first day I moved in, my kitchen sink flooded the apartment. After putting a big hole in my wall and supposedly fixing the problem, I had to call back multiple times to get them to fix the hole in the wall and re attach the sink/counter (if it counts as a counter at all) to the wall. Now a couple months later, my apartment is, again, flooded. I called the emergency maintenance line twice and left messages asking them to come out to fix it. When I came home from work, the sink was no longer... overflowing, but there was still about an inch of water soaking the linoleum. I have called the office twice, left messages both times with no reply. I went in to the office at 1:40 and there was a sign saying they would be back at 1:30... This complex has horrible communication and management, I have not received a call back from maintenance or from the office. I called again at 4:30 and finally got ahold of someone who said she would put in a work request for me so they can get to it in the morning... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ANYONE.
