I went to Sonora Apartments today and I honestly liked a lot the property. It is honestly a property that would fit a great majority of people looking for a home. However, I’m writing to explicitly thank Michael for showing me the property with lot of enthusiasm. He is providing great presentation of the property with no pressure and I recommend him

Apartments are nice to live in, the most I like about the place is Robert from the maintenance team, he’s very polite, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and always responds very quick.

By far the best apartment living I’ve experienced! I came from a very bad neighborhood and needed to move for safety reasons. I love how safe this community is for me and my family. Office staff is very customer service oriented and have made this process a breeze. Thank you ladies and maintenance man Robert for handling any maintenance issues in my apartment.

I love living here it’s been a nice couple years. I am very happy with how things have been changing in a positive direction. Huge improvement. Neighbors are also chill.

You can never invite guest over because there is not even enough parking for the residents. Our apartment was infested with rats for over a year and management did nothing about it. The neighbors had to band together and take care of the problem ourselves. And when we say infested we are talking about you would see 4-5 rats daily in your kitchen, garage, you could hear them at night etc. we currently have a roach infestation. Management will tell you they will fix things and never do. I’d give... it 0 stars if I could.
