I have called Paloma home for many years now. The current team is rocking it! Olga, Samaneh, and Courtney, including the new maintenance manager really make you feel heard and taken care of.
Too many more years!

I'm a long term resident at Paloma Summit. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The complex is clean and well taken care of. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. But what sets this place apart is the staff. In the 8 years that I've been here I've always been treated with genuine care and prompt attention. Samaneh and Elva have always been a pleasure to deal with and have always gone out of their way to promptly answer my questions and address any concerns I've had. And the same goes with... the service staff. I strongly recommend Paloma Summit to families and professionals looking for a safe, clean and beautiful home to come back to every night.

My husband and I recently moved here and couldn’t be happier! Maintenance orders are completed super fast with a top notch staff. Samaneh at the leasing office is very reliable with her email replies and she has shown us time and time again how much she cares about the residents. She’s the best! I seriously have nothing but great things to say. Thanks Paloma Summit team for all your hard work!

I spent a year renting at Paloma Summit and had a positive experience. The management team was helpful in addressing any requests or concerns I had. Maintenance was prompt and efficient, and the staff at the leasing office were consistently responsive and supportive. If you're considering living at Paloma Summit, you can be assured that it’s a well-managed and pleasant residential complex.
