All areas of parking lot garbage looks horrible.
Condition of apartment move-in terrible. (Missing face plates- kitchen sink faucet installed incorrectly- sink is extremely small & unable to wash dishes- bathroom faucet and tub was stopped up- tub faucet leaked- all hallways closet doors are cheap or worn down - spider webs all over exterior light fixtures and stair railings.

For the few months I have stayed at Twin Creeks, it’s been an amazing experience. The management and staff are fantastic and they’re quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have.

Work doesn't get completed. Ponds look nasty and dyed and the water is always getting shut off somewhere in the building. pool never opened all summer blamed on repairs, but it seems to be a common thing talking to other residents who has lived here longer. I wouldn't rent here until they get better team and more employees.
