We love living here! I've had a great experience from my first email inquiries through move-in and now to being a resident.

Yanna did an incredible job giving us a tour. She was super knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and I left my appointment very confident in my decision to move in.

Even before that, Alicia went above and beyond by getting photos of the actual units I was interested in which drove my decision and confidence in renting here.

On move-in day, Alex did a...
great job with showing us to our apartment and giving us an introduction into how all of the cool technology worked.

This is a beautiful complex with great amenities and a solid team and I am so happy that I moved here!

Smoothest Move-in To Date The Leasing Team was informative, helpful, and accommodating throughout the move in process.

Professional I am still looking into this apartment but so far it’s pretty professional and up to date in terms of communication technology and amenities.

Don’t bother with The Press!

Don’t bother with The Press!
The experience I’ve had (and heard from others as well) is that the staff is condescending and rude. On several instances I’ve had difficulty getting help from staff, such as when I was locked out and needed assistance to get back into the tower. There is also extreme hypocrisy surrounding the enforcement of COVID guidelines. The staff still operates in the office without wearing masks or distancing, but are on top of anyone using or even just going through one of...
the indoor amenities (even when alone).

The amenities have been closed “due to COVID guidelines” but the staff has often refused to open them even when appropriate (such as opening the gym when the guidelines should have allowed). Weird arbitrary rules seem to govern their decisions about amenities and, on several occasions, I’ve seen staff members using them even when they’re supposed to be closed. The outdoor deck was even closed for about a year.

Many tenants have actually paid out their leases just to get away from this place. There are many other nicer places in midtown with much better management and rules/regulations that are consistent and reliable. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking: don’t bother with The Press.
